The PTA board is also now accepting proposals for parent-run Fun Run options, to replace the Boosterthon-led event we have been doing each Fall. We know you have great ideas, so send them in! Please include the following information in your proposal:
Date, time, and chair name
Schedule of events (starting with at minimum 3 months out, through week of and day of schedules)
Expenses
Incentives
Volunteer needs
Details to promote student buy-in
Proposals should be submitted by January 18, to mtespres@gmail.com.
Note: Historically, the Fun Run raises $30,000+ for the PTA. We have about 500 kids, which means to hit $30,000, each student would only have to raise $60 to hit the goal. With an anticipated set of costs at $8,000, each student would have to hit, on average, $76
